<p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">McCarthy</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Agnes Mary</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">March 14, 1940 – April 1, 2017</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late <strong>Agnes McCarthy</strong> announce her sudden passing on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her special sister: Clare, (Husband Leinus); a very special niece: Debra Lynn (Gerry); nephew: Shane (Jamie Lee), along with their children Cameron, Kate-Lynn, Olivia, Heidi, and Ethan and her very close friend Sister Frances Molloy. She also leaves to mourn a number of sisters, brothers, aunts, relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed by her neighbors, Carolyn, Cheryl, Brian, and Derek. Agnes spent countless hours doing what she loved best, volunteering with her church at All Hallows, the Cancer Society, Food Bank and the Liberal Association and numerous other organizations. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday, April 4, from 7-9 PM and Wednesday, April 5 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, April 6 at 10:00 AM from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia.
