It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jeffrey Hynes announce his sudden passing on August 4th, 2016. Predeceased by his brother Mark Hynes. Jeffrey was an extraordinary man who was well known for his kindness, authenticity, joy of life, and his incredible sense of humour. He could make anyone laugh even on the darkest day. He loved fishing, adventures with his dog Mooch, and he cherished every minute of his life. It is impossible to sum up Jeffrey’s essence in a few words, but he enriched the lives of everyone who knew him. He was beloved by his parents Bev Hynes & Bob Bennet, his grandparents Marie & Bob, and Clarence, his aunts and uncles Judy & Cliff, Barb & Jim, Ronnie & Joanne, Wanda, Debbie, Paul, Daryll, Lloyd, Mena, and Karl, his cousins Sandra & Steve, Kim & Clayton, Kelly & Chad, Ronnie & Melissa, Tammy, and many others, his close friends Adam, Taylor, Megan, Shelby, and Evan, and by a large circle of other relatives and friends. He will be deeply missed. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday, August 9 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Jeffrey’s life will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday, August 10 at 2:00 p.m. with Archdeacon John Meade officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. Condolences may be left in Jeffrey’s online guestbook at www.Never-Gone/Memorials/JeffreyHynes.com. We encourage you to share photos, videos, stories, and other memories. The family guest book may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca.
